Atelier de réflexion : Le poids des mots

Aim of the workshop: to become more aware of how words affect reality, and more refined in the way we speak to one another.

In “Doing things with words”, Catherine de Montety and Anne-Sophie Moreau ask how our choice of words can change situations around, and how can we harness the power of speech to improve our everyday interactions. In doing so, they refer to the work of philosopher John Austin, whose unique perspective on language revealed the power of “speech acts”...

We'd now like to give you the opportunity to reflect on this subject among colleagues, in a three-part workshop.
