Leadership, ecology, emotions, trust… These companies that call on Philonomist.

Diversity, management, future of work, office life… to discover on Philonomist.
Launched by Philosophie magazine in October 2018, Philonomist.com is the first online media to provide a philosophical perspective on work, management, and economics. Companies can subscribe their entire workforce to the website, or some elements of it to a personalised version. The aim: to foster meaningful change and help free up collective intelligence for corporate transformation.

- Companies can subscribe all or part of their employees to a personalized space or simply select a certain number of Philonomist contents made available to them. Our ambition: to give everyone the tools to think about and act in the face of major transformations.
- An original journalistic approach, based on the human sciences (philosophy, sociology, psychology, neurosciences), offering a unique experience of learning and reflection for companies.
- A communication tool (newsletters, editorials, essays, surveys) and training (interactive e-learning courses Trails, videos, thematic files, etc.) to feed your intranets, corporate social networks and LMS.
- Tailor-made editorial and communication to address the issues of each company with accuracy.
- A mark of trust and an invitation to questioning for employees.

Leadership, management, feedback, listening, eloquence… Tailor-made training.
Philonomist's learning courses aim to help directors and managers gain perspective on their daily challenges, question themselves, and identify areas of improvement. Over periods ranging from half a day to two full days, the training team – made up of at least one philosopher – will alternate between collective thought sessions and fun practical exercises (artistic creation, debates, role-play, etc).
The training team, made up of lecturer-philosophers and educational managers, designs and leads tailor-made courses. On the program, a wide variety of formats: participatory workshops, scenarios, conferences, coaching, individual work via Philonomist.com and Trails. These trainings adapt to the rhythm of the participants and can last from one day to one year and take place face-to-face or remotely.
