Aim of the workshop: to gain awareness of the ethical challenges your company can face, and different ways of meeting them.
In his article “Corporate ethics is for the best”, Julian Baggini explains that to lead an ethical life, applying abstract principles isn't enough – we need to reinforce our own moral character through practice. The same goes for companies: sometimes they must sacrifice profitability to be truly prosperous.
We'd now like to give you the opportunity to reflect on this subject among colleagues, in a three-part workshop.

Stage 1 > Finding the points of tension
(25 minutes)
(15 minutes) In groups of four, make a list of ethical points of tension, practical problems, and moral dilemmas that can arise in the following relationships:
- Group 1: between colleagues, or between the company and its employees
- Group 2: between the company and its partners or providers
- Group 3: between the company and its customers or users
- Group 4: between the company and society / the environment
